We’re expanding our Daihatsu 4S operations and looking for a committed, customer‑oriented Service Advisor to deliver the trusted, reliable, and friendly service Daihatsu owners expect.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their service or repair needs
• Assist customers with service bookings & walk-ins.
• Prepare accurate job sheets, cost estimates, and obtain customer approval
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Update customers on job progress, additional findings, and completion time
• Ensure proper documentation for warranty claims and Daihatsu service standards
• Conduct vehicle check‑in and check‑out following 4S SOP
• Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
• Promote service packages, maintenance schedules, and genuine parts
• Ability to handle complaints and escalate issues tactfully

🎯 Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automotive service, preferably in a 3S/4S environment
• Knowledge of basic vehicle systems and maintenance
• Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance procedures vehicle body construction.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Computer literate (Vehicle Service System, Excel, WhatsApp communication)
• Positive attitude, disciplined, and team‑oriented
• Fresh graduates with automotive interest are welcome
