Service Advisor

Markquart Toyota is seeking to fill a rare position on our Service team! This team member will be responsible for providing accurate repair estimates, advising customers about repairs and services they should consider for their vehicle, and ensuring each customer is satisfied with their service experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Excellent Customer Service: Effectively work with customers during their service visit and explain recommended maintenances

Communicate Effectively: Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and over email with customers. Provide accurate repair estimates and advise customers about repairs and services they should consider for their vehicle.

Work as a Team: Maintain open communication with management, fellow advisors, and technicians.

Complete work in a Timely Manner: Ensure that all service and paperwork are completed quickly and efficiently in order to best serve our customers

This is a full-time position with pay ranging from $50,000-$90,000 per year depending upon the individual’s performance. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to successfully complete pre-employment background and motor vehicle record (MVR) screenings, consistent with applicable law.
