Service Advisor

We are hiring a Service Advisor to add to our team; this person is a Customer Service Expert with Automotive Knowledge.

You are customer service oriented, enjoy working with a high energy team, and thrive in finding solutions and delivering results in both quality and service. Come join the team and make a difference helping people get back on the road again.

Qualifications / Responsibilities

· Automotive experience – basic mechanical knowledge

· Above average communication skill to greet customers, listen and document concerns accurately, relate progress of repairs, follow up, and advise on future needs

· A clean drivers abstract

· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, but with a Customer First mentality

· Help our customers make informed decisions about their vehicles

· Strong organizational and scheduling skills

. Proficiency with computer software for scheduling, estimating, and invoicing

· Willingness to train with OEM Virtual Training Classes
