Service Advisor

About the role:

• Coordinate servicing, repairs, breakdowns and workshop bookings.
• Monitor work in progress and keep customers and operational teams informed.
• Track servicing, Certificates of Fitness, registrations, road user charges and inspections.
• Maintain accurate service, compliance and cost records.
• Obtain quotes and approvals, raise purchase orders and check invoices.
• Identify recurring faults, overdue maintenance and operational risks.

About you:

You will be a strong organiser and communicator who can manage competing priorities and build effective relationships with customers, workshops and suppliers.

• Experience in service advising, fleet maintenance, transport, workshop operations or the automotive industry.
• Commercial vehicle knowledge and strong attention to detail.
• Good computer skills and confidence working with records, costs and deadlines.
• A current New Zealand driver licence and a practical, team-focused approach.
