Service Advisor

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. GM dealership experience is preferred. This is a customer service–driven role focused on delivering an excellent guest experience while coordinating vehicle repair and maintenance efficiently.

• Monday–Friday
• Rotating Saturdays required

Job Summary

This is a customer service–driven role focused on delivering an excellent guest experience. The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring vehicle concerns are clearly documented, communicated, and completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in the service drive
• Listen to concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Write and manage repair orders
• Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repairs
• Provide estimates, timelines, and updates to customers
• Recommend maintenance based on GM guidelines
• Review completed repairs with customers at pickup
• Handle warranty and internal repair processing
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with parts and service teams for efficient workflow

Qualifications

• GM dealership experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
