What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle repair and service requirements.
- Manage service appointments and registrations.
- Promote services and upsell parts.
- Coordinate with Workshop Supervisor on work progress and overnight vehicles.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum SKM in Automotive or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Service Advisor.
- Good communication in Malay, English & Mandarin required
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance and repairs.
- Able to perform minor and major automotive repairs.
- Familiar with workshop tools, equipment and 5S practices.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proactive, fast learner, independent and a good team player.
