Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and accurately document their needs.
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance services clearly, ensuring customers understand their options.
• Prepare detailed estimates using diagnostics knowledge and service writing skills.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and communicate updates to customers.
• Upsell additional services to maximize customer satisfaction and shop productivity.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper documentation of all service orders and payments.
• Maintain comprehensive records of equipment history, service notes, and customer interactions to ensure seamless follow-up.

Experience

• Proven service experience or service management background preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment diagnostics, repair procedures, and technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with estimating software and service writing processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to handle cash accurately while managing multiple customer interactions efficiently.

Pay: $650.00 - $750.00 per week
