Service Advisor

About the role

This role involves welcoming and serving customers, managing after-sales business development activities including service and spare parts, creating repair orders, providing estimates, coordinating and monitoring work, communicating job status updates, and vehicle handover.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Education: Minimum D3 graduate (all majors) or SMA-SMK graduate in automotive/mechanical engineering with relevant experience
• Work experience: Experience in the automotive field, previous experience as a mechanic or in after-sales dealer operations for a minimum of 1–3 years
• Product knowledge: Master technical knowledge about engines, vehicle components, and the function of each part
• Communication skills: Strong communication ability, patient, friendly, and able to explain technical matters in language easily understood by non-technical people
• Work attitude: Problem-solving skills, customer satisfaction orientation, and ability to work under pressure
