Service Advisor

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and knowledgeable about vehicle servicing? We’re looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our busy workshop team, working across Jeep and multiple leading automotive brands.

About the Role

As the face of our service department, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and technicians. You’ll ensure every guest receives clear communication, expert advice, and a seamless service experience from booking to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and accurately assess their service needs
• Prepare repair orders and provide cost estimates
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance
• Liaise with workshop manager with progress of service / repairs
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction every time

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor would be a bonus, but we are happy to train the right person
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and computer skills
