Job Summary

You will manage customer interactions and service appointments, inspect vehicles for damages, translate repair issues into standard terms, and ensure timely completion of repair jobs to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and schedule vehicle service appointments efficiently

Answer 3CX or Linkus calls promptly to support customer inquiries

Document customer concerns and comments accurately for service records

Write detailed job orders describing vehicle problems and required repairs

Inspect vehicles for bodywork damages, dents, tyre conditions, and lighting functionality

Translate customers’ repair issues into standard repair terminology for mechanics

Explain repair processes, time estimates, and cost estimates clearly to customers

Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions

Inspect completed work by mechanics to ensure quality and accuracy

Follow up on job orders to ensure estimated time of completion (ETC) is met

Cover colleagues’ duties as needed to maintain workflow continuity

Close job cards promptly to finalize service documentation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while managing additional responsibilities

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Fast and meticulous worker with strong attention to detail

Positive, can-do attitude

Availability to start work immediately or on short notice
