Service Advisor

Position Overview

The Automotive Service Advisor is the main point of contact between our clients and our service team, helping ensure every vehicle moves through the shop smoothly from drop-off to pick-up.

This role involves listening carefully to client concerns, documenting information accurately, preparing and presenting estimates, communicating recommendations and updates, coordinating parts, processing warranty claims, and following through on outstanding work.

We are looking for someone who is personable, organized, motivated, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with people. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities, stay on top of details, and follow through on commitments.

Previous automotive experience is not required. We can teach automotive terminology, parts, repair processes, and our shop systems. What we are looking for is someone who is eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, open to coaching, and able to communicate information to clients clearly and confidently.

Our goal is not to find someone who already knows how another shop does things. We want someone who is willing to learn how we do things at Diamond Valley AUTOPRO and become part of the way we care for our clients.
