What they need
รายละเอียดงาน (Job Description):
- รับรถและให้คำปรึกษาลูกค้า ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการรับรถจนถึงการส่งมอบ
- ให้ข้อมูลด้านการซ่อมสีและตัวถังแก่ลูกค้าได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- ประสานงานกับบริษัทประกันภัย
- ประเมินราคาและจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานภายในศูนย์บริการ พร้อมทั้งควบคุมระยะเวลาการซ่อมให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของงานและแจ้งสถานะให้ลูกค้าทราบอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ส่งมอบรถยนต์ให้แก่ลูกค้าเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้น
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Qualifications):
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ หรืองานด้านประกันภัย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องงานซ่อมสีและตัวถัง รวมถึงระบบประกันภัยรถยนต์
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การบริการลูกค้า และสามารถประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Excel, โปรแกรมระบบบริหารจัดการภายใน และระบบเคลมได้
- หากมีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
