Service Advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their vehicle service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer vehicle complaints and service requirements.
• Prepare and explain repair and service estimates to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.
• Keep customers updated about service status, cost, and delivery time.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure vehicles are properly protected, cleaned, and ready for delivery.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

• 1–5 years of experience in the automobile industry is preferred

Skills:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of automobiles
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Customer-focused attitude

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
