Service Advisor

Receive and assist customers with vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.
-Conduct initial vehicle inspection and accurately document customer complaints.
-Prepare job orders, service estimates, and repair recommendations.
-Explain required repairs, parts, labor costs, and estimated completion time to customers.
-Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service departments to ensure timely completion of jobs.
-Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and provide regular updates to customers.
-Conduct vehicle release and explain completed repairs and services to customers.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
-Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction and additional repair recommendations.
-Ensure proper documentation and accurate encoding of service transactions.
-Promote preventive maintenance, repair services, and other after-sales products.
-Ensure compliance with company service standards, safety procedures, and policies.
