Requirements

• Diploma in Automotive, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service / automotive industry (experience in automotive is an added advantage).
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion to learn are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, professional mindset, and good working attitude.
• Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Dealer Management Systems / DMS is an advantage).
• Possess a valid Class D driving license.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand vehicle concerns, and provide clear explanations of required services or repairs.
• Open repair orders (RO), prepare cost estimates, and obtain customer approvals.
• Coordinate with the workshop technician team to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Keep customers updated on their vehicle status and handle inquiries professionally.
• Explain completed repairs and billing to customers during vehicle handover.
• Perform post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience to achieve and maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS) standards.
