Service Advisor

Service Advisor - Porsche Centre Brighton An exciting full-time opportunity has become available for a passionate and customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team at Porsche Centre Brighton .

About The Role As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from vehicle booking through to collection. Working closely with the Service Manager and workshop team, you will coordinate servicing and repairs, provide clear communication and build strong, lasting customer relationships.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who enjoys working with customers and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, bookings and vehicle servicing requirements
• Coordinate daily bookings with the workshop, considering capacity and parts availability
• Prepare job cards, quotes, invoices and relevant documentation
• Keep customers informed throughout the servicing and repair process
• Explain recommended repairs and obtain approval for additional work
• Identify relevant maintenance and service opportunities
• Manage loan vehicles and customer vehicle handovers
• Liaise with technicians, workshop management and third parties as required
• Resolve customer concerns and contribute to positive customer outcomes
• Maintain accurate customer records and dealership system information
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, CSI and departmental performance targets
• Follow all workplace health, safety and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant or similar automotive role
• Strong automotive technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and competing priorities
• Confident computer and dealership management system skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to identify appropriate service and sales opportunities
• A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
