Service Advisor

We're looking for a reliable, energetic, customer focused individual to join our busy Service Department based in Bunbury. Automotive experience is not necessary (although preferred)- what we are looking for is someone who wants to put their customer service experience into a full-time role with great career potential.

This role is fast paced, your day will include interacting with a high volume of customers, thinking on your feet, problem solving and developing relationships.

This role is full time, Monday to Friday, you must be reliable. Hours will fall between our operating times of 7.45am til 5pm. This role would suit an energetic individual, who enjoys keeping busy and has excellent attention to detail.

About you:

• Previous experience as a service advisor within the automotive industry (not essential but highly regarded)
• You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You will thrive in a busy, high-volume environment
• Have Effective time management and organisation skills
• You will have sound computer experience with the ability to learn new systems
• Ability to Upsell products and services
• You will have a can-do approach where no task is too hard
• Have a high level of presentation
• Be able to Communicate effectively with fellow staff and work in a team
• Knowledge of motor mechanics is advantageous

What will a day look like?

• Open from 7:45 you will meet and greet service customers.
• You will confirm booking details, providing general advice and support in identifying what repairs/maintenance needs to be done.
• Take all incoming customer booking via phone and email/online.
• Liaise between workshop and customer for any repairs, sales or warranty operations required.
• Cost/invoice paperwork for each customer.
• Overall, establish and develop effective customer relationships
