Job Description

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our automobile dealership service team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their vehicle/service requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customers and understand their vehicle/service requirements.
• Prepare job cards and explain repair/service requirements to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team.
• Provide customers with regular updates regarding vehicle status.
• Prepare service estimates and explain costs to customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Conduct follow-up calls after vehicle delivery.
• Maintain customer records and service-related documentation.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
• Automobile dealership/workshop experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
