Service Advisor

We’re looking for a high performing Service Advisor to join a busy, well established European auto repair shop in Southwest Las Vegas. This is not an entry level role - we’re looking for someone who can own the customer experience and keep workflow tight in a professional, team focused environment.

If you take pride in running an organized service lane, building trust with customers, and writing profitable tickets, this is a long term opportunity with a long established, stable, and growing shop.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full service process from phone call and vehicle check-in to final delivery
• Build and present accurate repair estimates using technician input and DVI results
• Communicate clearly with customers on diagnostics, recommendations, timelines, and costs
• Handle inbound calls for scheduling, status updates, and new customer inquiries
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain efficient workflow and turnaround times
• Manage parts operations including ordering, tracking, returns, and core processing

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair shop (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of automotive systems - you can explain repairs, not just read notes
• Comfortable using shop management and cloud based software; Tekmetric experience is a plus
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple vehicles and timelines
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• European vehicle experience (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, etc.) is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus commission pay
• Expected earnings: $80,000–$110,000+ per year, depending on experience and performance
• Quarterly performance bonus opportunity
• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
