Service Advisor

About the role

Allied Tire Center Corporation - Bridgestone is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. This role is central to building customer loyalty and driving repeat business in the competitive automotive trades sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service inquiries and vehicle concerns
• Inspect vehicles and explain recommended services clearly
• Prepare repair and maintenance cost estimates
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Provide updates to customers on service status and completion
• Process invoices, payments, and billing inquiries
• Keep the service reception area clean and organized
• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Coordinate with technicians and communicate service findings to customers effectively.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concerns clearly to customers
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and automotive terminology
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Capable of handling customer concerns professionally
• Attention to detail, especially in documentation and billing
• Flexible and able to manage changing priorities
• Automotive certification or experience in a busy service center is an advantage.
