Service Advisor

Mojo Auto Cafe is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Kochi. Candidates with experience in the automotive industry or car showroom field are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

• Explain service options, repair work, and related costs to customers.

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

• Prepare service estimates, job cards, and service records.

• Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback.

• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive field or car showroom.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Knowledge of vehicle servicing and automotive products.

• Ability to coordinate with technicians and manage customer enquiries.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month + performance-based incentives.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
