About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to manage workshop bookings, customer relations, and service operations across our growing UAE network.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, inspect vehicles, and open job cards.
- Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer approvals.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure on-time service delivery.
- Update clients on vehicle status and process final invoices.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership.
- Flexibility to work across EVS branches in the UAE.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience with ERP software and job card management.
