Requirements

At least two years of experience in an automotive service or customer-facing role.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair terminology.

Proficiency in using dealership management software or similar scheduling systems.

Ability to walk customers through technical repairs in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

A genuine passion for vehicles and helping people get back on the road safely.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a friendly face and a willingness to help as soon as they walk into our service drive.

Carefully listen to the concerns our customers have about their vehicles and translate those into clear, actionable notes for our technicians.

Keep our customers updated on their vehicle's status throughout the repair process, making sure they never feel left in the dark.

Prepare detailed estimates and explain the necessity of repairs in a transparent, honest manner.

Manage the daily shop schedule to ensure our technicians have a steady workflow and our customers get their vehicles back as promised.

Foster a positive environment where every customer feels valued and respected, regardless of the size of the repair.
