Service Advisor

Service Advisor assist organizations in managing their financial tasks and expenditures. They accomplish this by producing reports. These reports are generated on a daily basis to aid management and administrators in evaluating day-to-day operations and maintaining and controlling operations.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Strong understanding of financial procedures such as bookkeeping and tax filing.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Price quoting in Job Order from standardized labor and parts.

· Updating of Customer’s directory

· Managing the petty cash by recording all monetary transactions.

• Preparing financial documents including invoices, inventory reports, and monthly sales and expenses reports.
• Maintaining files on account receivables and updating records as required.

· Certifying that suppliers are well-versed of any changes to service agreements and payment options.

· Process bank deposits.

· Communicate clients and notify them to ensure timely payments.

· Updating clients for their services.
