The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives an excellent level of service from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and managing service and repair enquiries
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and coordinating appointments
• Discussing customer requirements and identifying additional work where appropriate
• Preparing accurate job cards and maintaining customer records
• Liaising with technicians, workshop controllers and parts teams
• Keeping customers informed of repair progress, costs and completion times
• Explaining completed work and ensuring customers are satisfied before collection
• Handling customer queries professionally and resolving concerns
• Supporting the dealership in achieving customer satisfaction and aftersales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or automotive aftersales role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to organise and prioritise workload in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and administration skills
• A professional, customer-focused approach
• Confidence communicating with customers and workshop teams
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience
