Overview Of The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Nissan Workshop in Peliyagoda. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a seamless service experience while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

What Will You Do?

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Provide customers with updates on vehicle status and repair progress.
• Explain repair recommendations, costs, and timelines clearly.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the service process.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Achieve service sales and customer satisfaction targets.

What Equip You for the Role

• Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
• Sound knowledge of automobile systems and workshop operations.
• Experience in dealer workshops will be a distinct advantage.
