What they need
Blackwater Motors Cork City, located on Forge Hill are recruiting an Aftersales Advisor to work across the Volkswagen & Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brands
The role is highly customer focused and requires an understanding of the importance of providing top class customer service.
Key Duties:
- Manage service inquiries
- Set up jobs on dealer system, create job cards and invoice work
- Communicate and agree work to be carried out with customers
- Explain the work carried out on vehicles, ensuring customers fully understand the invoice
- Any other tasks as per the Service & Parts Manager.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive, can -do attitude.
- Full, clean driving license.
Experience desirable but not essential, full training will be provided.
Pay: €28,300.00-€35,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
