Service Advisor

Inustry: Two-Wheeler Automobile

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
• Explain repair work, service schedules, and estimated costs to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status.
• Explain repair estimates and obtain customer approval before additional work.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain service records, job cards, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery after service completion.
• Promote periodic maintenance and genuine spare parts as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in a two-wheeler service centre or automobile dealership preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate with technicians and manage customer expectations.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
