Service Advisor

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Full time Service Advisorto provide high quality administrative & customer support to our Service Department in Orange.

Our Service Advisor is responsible for:

• Scheduling & organising service work schedules
• Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
• Handle customer’s service related queries
• Managing our customers to the highest service standards
• Liaising with the Service Manager to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
• Follow up calls
• Providing assistance to the Service Manager when required

We are looking for someone who has:

• Effective time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• An ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• A strong team ethic and a willingness to assist others
• The ability to work as both part as a team and autonomously
• Current Driver's licence
• Having a basic understanding of automotive & mechanical terminology would be advantageous, but not essential

Ultimately, we are looking for a 'Go-getter' with a willingness to learn. Previous experience will be highly regarded.

This is a full time position, with a competitive salary to be negotiated with the successful candidate, based on experience, knowledge and qualifications.
