Big St. Charles Motorsports is looking for a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-energy team. If you have a passion for motorcycles, ATVs, or performance vehicles and thrive in a fast-paced service environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
• Write detailed repair orders and relay customer concerns to technicians
• Provide accurate service estimates and timeframes
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Collaborate with the parts and service teams to ensure efficient repair flow
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on open tickets

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in service advising or customer service (motorsports or automotive preferred)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge or strong interest in powersports
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits:

• $46,800 base pay with commission scale based on performance
