Service Advisor

About the role

Join the team at BATHURST MOTOR GROUP as a Service Advisor. This full-time role is based in Bathurst NSW 2795 and is an integral part of our Automotive Trades team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the service delivery process for our valued clients.

Experience is preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements
• Providing accurate estimates and timelines for service work
• Effectively communicating with customers throughout the service process
• Liaising with the workshop team to ensure efficient service delivery
• Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintaining detailed records of all service jobs
• Promoting additional services and products to customers

About you

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of vehicles
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
