Job Description

• Greeting Customers and understand their service requirement,
• listening to customer requests, clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules and estimating repair costs
• Follow the process and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of customer's vehicle
• Achieve preset targets
