Service Advisor – Automotive Service Department

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and providing outstanding customer service? Broadway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team!We are seeking someone with previous service center experience who understands the importance of building customer relationships, communicating effectively, and ensuring every customer has a positive service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs in a professional, friendly manner.
• Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle issues, and recommend appropriate services.
• Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and service updates clearly and promptly.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through honesty, follow-through, and exceptional service.
• Help ensure a smooth service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, repair orders, and service documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service center or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to take care of people.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable explaining vehicle repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers.
