Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare job cards and explain the required service or repairs.
• Provide service cost estimates and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Keep customers informed about service progress and additional repair requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow dealership service procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related concerns.
• Follow up with customers after service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and vehicle maintenance.
• Good coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with automobile service experience may apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
