Service Advisor

• Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician.
• Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs.
• Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with a technician when necessary.
• Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
• Assisting customers when deciding to fix their car through the dealership's shop.
• Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
• Internally coordinating service work to adhere to commitments made to clients.
• Estimating cost and turnaround time and maintaining customer updates to ensure smooth delivery of the vehicle.
• Carry out other tasks within the aftersales department which may be required from time to time by the manager.

Qualifications*

• Bachelor's degree in automotive technology or related field.
• With strong understanding of automotive technology.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, decision making and problem solving skills.
• With keen attention to details.
