- Understand customer concerns and record vehicle complaints accurately.
- Explain recommended maintenance, repairs and service requirements to customers.
- Prepare service quotations and obtain customer approval before work commences.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed on time.
- Monitor job progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Explain completed repairs, parts replaced and service charges upon vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Prepare job orders, service records, quotations and other relevant documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction and future maintenance appointments.
- Achieve service sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
