Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage service teams effectively. The role involves overseeing service delivery, handling customer escalations, and improving service processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations and service team performance
• Ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers
• Handle customer complaints and service escalations
• Plan and monitor service schedules and resources
• Track service KPIs and prepare reports
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and spare parts teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in service operations or service management
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems
