Service Advisor

We are looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to our team at My Auto Grand Rapids! Our three brands are Nissan, Volkswagen and Mitsubishi. This is a full-time position with full benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with service appointments.
• Utilize service scheduling system to manage team workload.
• Respond quickly to the internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Follow up with customers regarding recalls.
• Participate in team and process development sessions
• Keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive service processes, including air brake systems and diesel engine repair.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to customers.
• A background in automotive service or as a Service Technician is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
