Service Advisor

• Two-wheeler Service Advisor
• Welcome customers and listen to their bike problems.
• Automobile technical knowledge
• Technical knowledge of two wheeler
• Check the bike and note service or repair needs.
• Explain service work and cost to customers clearly.
• Prepare job cards and service details.
• Coordinate with mechanics and follow up on work status.
• Update customers about service progress and delivery time.
• Ensure work is completed on time and with good quality.
• Do a final check before giving the bike to the customer.
• Handle customer questions and complaints politely.
• Maintain service records and daily reports.
• Promote service packages and spare parts if required.
• Keep the service area clean and organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
