Service Advisor

The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and the dealership's service department. The role involves understanding customer concerns, coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Prepare repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repair work.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
• Provide customers with cost estimates and service updates.
• Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote dealership service programs and maintenance packages when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
