Service Advisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Engineering, or any related field (preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, automotive service, or related field.
• Experience in a car dealership or automotive service center is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong customer service skills may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes.
• Ability to understand and explain technical issues in simple terms to customers.
• Familiarity with service scheduling systems and repair order documentation.
• Knowledge of warranty procedures and insurance claims processing is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to upsell services and recommend preventive maintenance.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in documentation.
• Computer literate (MS Office, email, service management software).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays if required.
• With valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Can start immediately (if urgent hiring).
• Vocational/Technical Automotive course graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
