SERVICE ADVISOR

Position Overview

A motivated and detail-oriented Service Advisor is sought to support customer service and vehicle maintenance operations within the automotive industry. The role involves assisting clients throughout the repair process, coordinating with workshop teams, and ensuring a professional and efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers , welcoming clients, explaining available services, and providing guidance throughout the vehicle inspection and repair process.

The role includes coordinating vehicle inspections upon arrival and before delivery , consulting with workshop managers regarding necessary repairs, and monitoring service progress to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities also involve updating customers on vehicle status , arranging vehicle collection following completed repairs, and maintaining accurate records of services performed.

The candidate will ensure that all relevant information is correctly recorded in the company's management system , while maintaining effective communication between customers and workshop personnel.

Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience in customer service , preferably within an automotive dealership, vehicle servicing environment, or related industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills are essential, together with the ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and provide excellent customer service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software is required, along with good administrative and record-keeping abilities.

Applicants must possess a valid driving licence and a clean driving record .
