Service Advisor

We are looking for a customer-oriented and experienced Service Advisor to join our automobile service team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding vehicle service requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare job cards and explain service requirements to customers.
• Provide service estimates, repair updates, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team for timely vehicle servicing.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on service feedback.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Explain additional repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in automobile service or customer handling preferred.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Ability to coordinate with customers and workshop technicians.
• Basic computer knowledge and job card management skills.
