About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. With a strong focus on getting it right the first time, you will help uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and deliver outstanding service.
• Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and updates on vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Liaise with the workshop team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely job completion.
• Maintain high standards of customer communication and follow-up.
• Upsell additional services where appropriate to enhance customer experience.

Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential.

Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
