What you’ll be doing

• Manage customer enquiries and service bookings.
• Support customers throughout their service journey.
• Keep customers informed and provide clear advice.
• Identify relevant service and maintenance opportunities.
• Deliver a welcoming, high-quality customer experience.

About you

• 2+ years’ customer-facing experience (ideally in automotive).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, positive and comfortable in a busy environment.
• A team player with a genuine interest in Volvo.
