SERVICE ADVISOR
Cee Pee Suzuki Service Centre – Elamakkara, Kochi
We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our service centre.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service and repair requirements.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team.
- Provide customers with regular updates on service progress.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Explain service costs and recommend necessary maintenance.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in an automobile service centre or dealership.
- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and job card management skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
