Service Advisor - Fixed term

TRC Toyota Masterton is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term parental leave contract, commencing around early October 2026 and expected to run until approximately August 2027.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer service bookings and enquiries
• Greeting customers and coordinating vehicle check-ins and collections
• Preparing service estimates, invoices and processing payments
• Liaising with technicians and workshop staff to ensure work is completed on time
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
• Identifying opportunities for additional maintenance or repair work
• Supporting Toyota customer satisfaction initiatives and survey outcomes
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Assisting with customer follow-up and future service bookings.

We are looking for someone who will fit into our team, can follow process, has a good sense of humour and a clean driver's licence with the ability to confidently drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
