We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join John Andrew Ford Grey Lynn, an established Auckland dealership entering an exciting new chapter with the Armstrong's Group.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering great customer service and turning conversations into sales opportunities.

The role

You'll be the connection between our customers and workshop, making sure every customer receives great service while helping drive Aftersales performance.

• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Manage bookings and coordinate workshop activity
• Confidently discuss servicing, repairs and costs
• Identify and sell additional service opportunities
• Deliver a smooth, professional customer experience

About you

• Experienced in automotive Service Advising or Aftersales
• Confident communicator with strong sales ability
• Organised, proactive and comfortable in a busy workshop
• Customer-focused with a drive to achieve results
