Service Advisor (Klang Valley)

About the role

This role involves receiving and assisting customers with planned appointments and walk-ins, managing repair orders, and ensuring accurate communication throughout the service process. You will maintain customer and vehicle records, monitor work progress, and handle post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers with planned appointments and walk-ins
• Ensure customer and vehicle records are updated and accurate
• Establish agreed fixed times of completion for work to be carried out
• Maintain accurate records of all work checked in for the day, including carry forward vehicles
• Keep customers well informed of the progress of their vehicles
• Communicate all additional work required to customers and obtain authorization before work is carried out
• Communicate new or updated agreed times of completion when necessary
• Carry out daily WIP updates of all open repair orders
• Generate accurate invoices for all work carried out according to Company and principal guidelines
• Ensure all customers receive post-service follow-up calls to determine satisfaction levels

About you

• Must possess at least Higher Secondary (SPM) or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
• Preferred 1-2 years of working experience in automotive industry Customer Experience role
• Previous customer engagement or relationship role experience
