SERVICE ADVISOR (LHM ONE STOP - SENDAYAN)

Job Discription

Proton LHM One Stop Car Centre – Sendayan is looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle servicing and repair needs, coordinating with technicians, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage customer service appointments.
• Greet customers professionally and identify their vehicle concerns, issues, and service requirements.
• Provide clear explanations and recommendations regarding vehicle servicing and repair works.
• Issue Repair Orders (RO) and recommend suitable solutions based on the vehicle's condition.
• Prepare accurate repair cost estimates and quotations for labour and parts.
• Explain the recommended repair works, estimated costs, and completed services to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure the required repair and servicing works are properly carried out.
• Liaise with the Parts Controller regarding parts availability and requirements.
• Ensure all service records, documents, and customer files are properly maintained and updated.
• Follow up with customers when necessary and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties related to the Service Advisor role as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive service industry.

• Good customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Able to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, parts personnel, and other departments.

• Good attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates with relevant automotive/service advisor experience are encouraged to apply.

Working Day: Monday - Saturday | 8.30am - 5.00pm
